Return and refund policy

Refund Policy for Supravad

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Eligibility:
- Refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Refund:
Email us at support@supravad.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
