Shipping & returns

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@supravad.com.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Final sale items, used products, and items without original packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@supravad.com so we can update the address. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make.

My package is delayed or missing. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if necessary.
